Focus were recommended to a property developer and owner who had a site for a proposed 156-bedroom Hampton by Hilton.

Once engaged on the project, Focus were quickly able to identify to the developer, the opportunity to realise an additional 30 rooms on the site without impacting on the lettable ground floor footprint. Focus assisted in all stages of planning and conversion of the building from office to hotel and in year 1 of trading the business delivered significantly ahead of target, achieving the year 3 post opening budget.

After several years of exceptional trading at this property, in 2019 Focus identified a further opportunity to add 14 bedrooms.
