With this 200-bedroom city centre hotel facing a CVA, Focus Hotels were parachuted in by the institutional investor/owner and challenged to deliver a business turnaround.

Focus immediately took over the lease and successfully renegotiated the rent position. Focus quickly developed the capital plans to rebrand the hotel to a DoubleTree by Hilton delivering a full refurbishment and subsequently repositioned the hotel within its market place. The asset remains in the Focus portfolio and continues to deliver exceptional results.
