Both Roxana and Artur’s journey with DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre began three years ago. The pair have since proven themselves as dedicated, hard-working members of the team, highlighted by their well-deserved progression within the company.
When Roxana first joined the team as a Room Attendant, her passion for hospitality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic quickly stood out. Her dedication and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences made her a valued member of the housekeeping team.
After just two years, Roxana was promoted to Deputy Head Housekeeper, where she demonstrated excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively support the Head of Department. When the Head Housekeeper went on maternity leave, Roxana seamlessly stepped into the leadership role, taking over the department with confidence and professionalism.
During her time as Head of Housekeeping, Roxana built a strong and motivated team, leading them to achieve some of the hotel’s best-ever results. Under her leadership, guest satisfaction scores reached record highs, and Hilton quality audit results were among the best the hotel has ever achieved. Her positive leadership style and commitment to team development greatly enhanced morale and performance.
Roxana impressed the hotel with her clear vision for the future of the Front Office — one centred on outstanding guest experiences, strong team collaboration, and continuous growth.
Roxana brings a wealth of knowledge, operational excellence, and genuine passion for hospitality to her new role. Her understanding of the hotel’s culture and her commitment to Hilton’s values make her an excellent addition.
When Artur first joined the culinary team as Sous Chef, his exceptional talent, creativity, and passion for food were evident in every dish he prepared. His eye for innovation and ability to craft extraordinary culinary experiences quickly earned him recognition among guests and colleagues alike.
Throughout his time as Sous Chef, Artur demonstrated not only outstanding technical skill but also strong leadership and collaboration across departments. Known for his approachable personality and his ever-present smile, Artur played a key role in fostering a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. His willingness to support others and his drive to continuously improve operations have made him an integral part of the hotel’s success.
Artur’s deep understanding of Hilton’s culinary standards, his commitment to excellence, and his clear vision aligned perfectly with the hotel’s values. As Head Chef, he will lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, focusing on local, seasonal ingredients, innovative menu design, and outstanding guest satisfaction.
