Founder and leader of Focus Hotels Management Ltd, Peter contributes a wealth of knowledge and experience both operationally and commercially. Prior to starting Focus, Peter was a founding main board director of CHE Hotel Group PLC and spent over 20 years managing a vast portfolio across the UK and Europe. Additionally, he developed and launched the premium budget brand Sleep Inn as well as creating and operating a franchise network of over 300 hotels across Europe.

His career began in Switzerland and then he joined the London division of Trust House Forte. He has also held senior management roles with Centre Hotels (now mostly Holiday Inns), Comfort Hotels International and Ladbrokes Hotels (now Hilton).

Focused on expanding the company and ensuring maximum returns for investors, Peter drives performance through a dedication to great customer service whilst fostering the growth of employees in a positive working environment.
