With over thirty years’ of operational experience within the Hospitality sector, Stephen spent the last nine years at Village Hotels at Regional Director and General Manager level. When KSL Capital acquired the Village group in 2015, Stephen was central to the brands development working with the Executive team to shape a suite of technological enhancements to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience in line with consumer demands. As a passionate hotelier and guardian of customer excellence, Stephen has a track record in project management including new hotel openings and refurbishment projects as well as driving sales and profit performance across diverse portfolios.

Earlier in his career Stephen held Management positions with the award-winning City Inn group, as well as working for Corus and Regal Hotels, Choice Hotels International and De Vere Hotels.
